Jolene,

Thanks much for filling me in on this!! To me it was a brand new word

that I hadn't heard before, and knew nothing about. As soon as I get a little

more time, I will do some research on it also! I'm so glad that it has helped

your special needs daughter!! What a blessing that must be!! Thanks again as

I found this article very interesting!! Love & Hugs, PJ

Ok, PJ, sorry to have delayed in replying to this about Consegrity.

Consegrity is all about what we talk about here on this list. Being in

the present, finding the highest good, letting go...it is a

philosophical/spiritual/energetic awareness wellness program. In

Consegrity class science, quantum physics, spiritual laws & vibrations &

energy are learned to lay a basis for doing sessions. This understanding

of what is possible sets the stage to learn the protocol to do sessions.

The sessions consist of a " frame " or list of issues the person wants to

address, change or work on. Then the practitioner basically does all the

rest silently w/ no touch. The client will usually fall asleep since the

subconscious mind activated by the spirit via the energy field is being

accessed & this is done best in rest mode or even sleep.

Kaiyah never sleeps though, so it is all up to whatever the client wants.

I tend to get sleepy having a session done on me but I don't usually

sleep deep. Others do.

The practitioner will check for reverse state (CRS) & make sure their

heart is open, they have let go of the need for a specific outcome & if

they are listening clearly. The environment is also blessed as sacred to

clear vibratory patterns in the session area.

They really don't want to call is a therapy as it is a way of life. Also

we don't " do " anything but " mirror " or reflect back to the other person

w/ our own energy field. So that their field can see what it needs to

shift & change, raise vibrations, heal in other words. It is a very

honoring & non-egoic experience. I do mainly distance sessions (we don't

call them treatments) as I just have a heart for others. It is like

prayer really.

I am finding that I can be aware & not have to find the time to do so

many sessions. Sessions are normally 40-60 minutes but whatever time you

have, Spirit knows, it is just like prayer :o)

Consegrity uses entrainment, a supporting of energy fields that is a

non-invasive, honoring & basically no side effects energy technique. No

transfer of energy ever happens. The practitioner is just there to hold

up a mirror to the client so that they can see what they need to.

Then the frame is used in the protocol to specifically use the manual (a

4-5 inch thick binder) to raise the vibrations of the issue being

addressed. It is amazing how it all connects & great understanding of the

deep core of what is behind the issues. This is also an opportunity for

the practitioner to raise their vibrations also, just by sharing the

mirror so to speak.

The protocol is specific for Consegrity & is learned in class. Class is a

one time membership for life. I have taken 2 classes & look forward to

taking as many as I can. I guess it is like life coaching in a way. Dr

Lynch was an orthopedic (retired now) MD that studied over 100 different

natural & alternative therapies. She & Debbie on (a former

instructor for the Upledger Inst) are the founders. It is a progressive

system too as they upgrade & add to it or make it easier.

After looking for therapies for Kaiyah all these years, I found this & I

am eternally grateful.

Here is something I wrote for one of our class brochures:

<<<>>>

Consegrity is an energy awareness & entrainment using the Inherent Wisdom

to allow the DNA & all vibrations to shift to the highest potential. Very

specific, scientific & quantum physic studies will be presented along

with awareness training in entrainment & the specific protocol used in

sessions. Consegrity principles are based on the 4 Spiritual Laws: 1. We

are not separate. 2. We are inherently good

3.There is enough 4.There is no judgment. Being present & coming from the

heart rather than the ego is intertwined in every presentation. If you

want to honor yourself & begin to honor others, healing as you live,

Consegrity is for you.

<<<>>>

And what I shared recently w/ someone else:

In Consegrity, what our experiences are really don't matter so much as

our willingness to come from the heart, not the ego. For the ego (or the

flesh for my spiritual lingo) is all about the drama & the story

(experiences). In entrainment, or mirroring in Consegrity, the inherent

wisdom of my field/spirit mirrors so that the other person's field/spirit

can see what it needs to shift & change, vibrations mostly. I can also

change if I

choose to at this point. So it a dual healing.

This is an energy work though we actually " do " nothing just " be " really

present. So in my mirroring, I am just holding the mirror, not

necessarily being a mirror experience wise as a whole.

One clear part of my energy field, coming from love is enough for them to

see what they need. Love is so powerful. Of course the more that I come

from my heart, the brighter & clearer my mirror is. My shift in awareness

& perceptions also helps this. So it is a spiritual/awareness process.

Truth sets you free :o)

Some research if you are interested: http://www.fosar-bludorf.com

The reading list for Consegrity is Wayne Dyers books, Power of Now by

Tolle,

The Heart Code by Pearsal, Conversations With God series...plus many

more that I haven't gotten to yet.

I have used & studied natural & alternative health for most of my life. I

got interested in energy therapies when my daughter was born. This was

hard for me b/c of my narrow minded spiritual upbringing & training. And

we were in the ministry & have been all of our marriage. But I kept

getting the clues & so I just have very carefully followed my heart &

God. It has been amazing. I wasn't skeptical so much as I was afraid of

judgement or contamination. How silly though I still deal w/ these

issues.

Anyway, I found Consegrity in the fall of 2001. It has been a God-send.

It has enhanced my spirituality completely opening me up. Not to mention

honoring what I already knew deep inside: All things are possible to them

that believe & that I was the key. Kaiyah was sent to heal me, not me to

find a healing for her.

Anyway, the Consegrity Current is the newsletter that I wrote an article

in about finding Consegrity.

Consegrity is a spiritual, wholistic awareness energy support. So it

deals w/ all the things we share on the list. That is why I was so happy

to find it as it helps me " get " it better.
