Guest guest
Do those who take Armour agree that consistency - standardization of T3 and T4 is a problem? Is there something in the literature that confirms this or discusses this? Does someone know? Lots of people on these thy boards seem to have problems with the synthetic meds but are there also some people who have problems with Armour? I believe that only has said that she does not tolerate Armour. thanks so much, --- Message: 13 Date: Tue, 5 Apr 2005 17:50:53 EDT From: sle816@... Subject: Re: Why don't drs prescribe Armour? She said and other doctors have said this that they are not standardizing the T4 and T3 in the armour and you never know whaty ou are getting. My response to that is that our bodies don't put out exactly the same every day either. Another doctor told me that if you are allergic to corn, you shouldn't take armour (which I am). steph --- Can you please tell us why she doesn't like Armour? The only reason I heard is that it is not as consistent as the synthetic pills but someone else told me that that is not necessarily true. thanks so much,
