Guest guest
Sally, Consider yourself hugged back. I can imagine us all looking across that 'big pond " and waving at each other for these holidays. I don' t know how you are doing it all. But the tears are flowing pretty easily here too! Guest guest
Good Morning Group, I have to tell all of you what a joy it is coming here an a daily basis and seeing such GREAT love and support here. I truly don't know how I would have survived this time in my life without you ALL!!!!! I know the Heavenly Father has put us all here together as a human experience in doing his work in giving love and support through him. I am forever grateful. I have been here as much as time will allow. I too am busy with holiday stuff. Trying to go through the routines and trying to keep things as normal as posable for everyone. Dad is now down to 90 lb. Some good news, Either Donna or Sally asked a while back what do you want for Christmas, WELLLLLL, Not only do we have a new grand baby for the holidays, , My husband and I just adopted a new baby girl. An English Bulldog. We have yet to name her but need to soon. Any suggestions out there? Still trying to smile with all the ups and downs of life, Debbie Curtis
Guest guest
Debbie Have to say, first, it is WONDERFUL seeing a post from you. Second, you scared me when you said you and your husband adopted a baby girl...wowza. I read it, re-read it, and read it again...til I got to the next paragraph. So with that said, my suggestion for a name is Mollie. Just thought it would be cute, yet also grown up. I see your dad weighs 90 lbs now. It just amazes me that he is still going. Just goes to prove that none of life is in our timing. I pray for you, your dad, and your family daily. Thank you for keeping us posted. Hugs to you!! Guest guest
Congratulations on that new " baby girl, " Debbie. I like the Mollie suggestion. Princess is always nice for a girl dog! Donna
Guest guest
Donna and Debbie When you mentioned " Princess " for a girl dog name...reminded me of our 74 yr old neighbor's dog. She has a Schnauzer (sp) that was just the cutest little puppy. Absolutely adorable. Well our neighbor named her dog " Precious " and I tell you what, the " grown up version " is not quite so precious. She barks at everything and won't stay off anyone when we visit. Just wanted to share that. Really has nothing to do with anything...just a thought. Good luck naming your " new little girl " Debbie.
