what happens when your wife a who has had a hysterectomy and then get taken off estrogen for at least 3 years and then a new dr put her back on estrogen at a very high dose ,.

especially since they were diagnosed before the hysterectomy with emdometerosis 2 nd stage . what does that do to a person's body ,,,

very concerned .. what side effects is my wife going to have from that . BRANDON ( wondering because my wife is so confused about the whole situation that happened yesterday at her dr office and they have also put her on EVISTA . and then ordered a bone scan why would they order a test like that ????

I don't know your wife's age, but they were checking for bone-loss. I had a hysterectomy for cancer when I was 23, I have taken estrogen replacement since then. I am 45 now. I was off for about 1/1/2 years at around 36. My family hated the mood swings.

my wife amber just turned 30 last year and had her complete hyst done when she was 26 years old . and was on estrogen but got so sick on them so she said ." its just like when she took her birth control . every weekend she would be so nauseaed and sick and throwing up and the headache she use to say please make it stop . she tried patches and pills so the last dr tried injection which she learned to do her self. ( I couldnt) you can say i didnt want to hurt her or faint. the dr she seen after her hyst said no estrogen and now she went back she was having awful pain in the stomache and groin area that she said she wonder if the endo was growning on the estrogen . so she went back and the dr bless him said " NO ESTROGEN " and was very upset that the dr never check any level in her blood before playing with a dosage . No wonder she was having panic attacks and stomache pain .

and the hospital said that she was constapated , what a joke that was . brandon
