Guest guest
Thanks, Jan. I'll just keep taking it with the Armour for now. > My DHEA is in a capsule together with testosterone, Tri-Est, and progesterone. I take one after lunch and the other at bedtime. > > The DHEA should not interfere with the Armour.
Guest guest
Hi Sara, When I used to take two DHEA doses per day, I would just take them at the same time as my Armour. Sounds like your energy is picking up a bit, I'm happy to hear that :-) > > Speaking of DHEA, I'd like to know when folks take theirs. Guest guest
Just looking at posts again after awhile away. Thanks, . That's what I'm doing with my DHEA, and it seems fine. Have had a very welcomed uptick in my energy over the last two weeks. I'm sort of stunned. Seemed to happen very quickly. Maybe the DHEA started to really kick in, or the Armour, or both. Solid sleep patterns now and I'm not sleeping as late, feel more peaceful in general. Mood is greatly elevated. I've been able to get out in the car a bit with hubby for errands. Spent the last two days supervising or helping plant flowers and tomato plants. The sun was wonderful, as was playing in the mud. Have been off the floor most of the time and can sit in a chair and eat and go through mail, watch tv, and can converse without getting exhausted. Am trying to watch myself, as I always tend to overdo it. But it just feels so darned good to have some hope again! Oinking from the rooftops -- Sara > > Hi Sara, > > When I used to take two DHEA doses per day, I would just take them > at the same time as my Armour.
