Guest guest
Amen to that. Just like the stupid soy. One minute its a miracle food, and the next minute you are being told that it is reaping havoc on your thyroid. What to believe? Actually, there was a time when I went on a diet (Weight Watchers), and I ate tons of vegan Boca Burgers (b/c they were only one point). Surprisingly, I felt better than ever, mainly b/c I was losing weight and eating less of everything. (Plus, my thyroid tests were actually normal for about a year). Go figure. n wrote: Well that's great, I've done both. No wonder I can't gets to feeling right. About half the things I take or do, inevitably end up being found later to be something I shouldn't be doing or taking. Re: Re: Armour Update () Oh, Ben. What would we do without you? Between your wheatgrassing and your Kefiring, when do you have time to do anything else? Hey-- I have an honest question for you-- I've read, repeatedly, that people with our kind of disorders shouldn't fast or cleanse-- puts waaay too much pressure on the body. What do you have to say about that? Courtenay. Naw, Kefir isn't a cleanse thing, it's probiotic thing. Although I haven't tried it yet. I was going to order a Kefir Starter Kit from Joe Mercola, and grow/ferment me some. Rig it up alongside my wheatgrass garden, which is another thing all sickly types should be taking. Everybody should be juicing. I did do a couple of liver cleanses about a year ago. Just a really strange sensation, then a serious poop fest. When I get time I'll put together a indepth documentary about it just for Jan. Ben Celebrate Yahoo!'s 10th Birthday! Yahoo!
