Hi yes:

Welcome to the group - you have found a most wonderful

support system and friends who are always there for

each other. Don't ever think of it as whining, but if

you do, just know that one of our sayings is that

whine and cheese are served here everyday, so partake

if you need to. That's what we are here for.

Sorry that you are having problems with your fingers -

is there anything else you can switch to at work which

would enable you to stay on? Finding compromises in

our work situations is sometimes difficult, but there

might be something your boss can find for you so that

you do not loose your job.

Working with your primary care physician is good, but

a rheumatologist is better. You need to be on more

than just steroids, you need meds to help control and

prevent joint destruction and progression of the RA.

Where do you live? Perhaps one of our members can

point you in the direction of a good rheumy if they

live near you.

Sorry for the reason you are here, but glad you found

us. Ramble and whine anytime lol.
