Guest guest
Hi yes: Welcome to the group - you have found a most wonderful support system and friends who are always there for each other. Don't ever think of it as whining, but if you do, just know that one of our sayings is that whine and cheese are served here everyday, so partake if you need to. That's what we are here for. Sorry that you are having problems with your fingers - is there anything else you can switch to at work which would enable you to stay on? Finding compromises in our work situations is sometimes difficult, but there might be something your boss can find for you so that you do not loose your job. Working with your primary care physician is good, but a rheumatologist is better. You need to be on more than just steroids, you need meds to help control and prevent joint destruction and progression of the RA. Where do you live? Perhaps one of our members can point you in the direction of a good rheumy if they live near you. Sorry for the reason you are here, but glad you found us. Ramble and whine anytime lol.
