Guest guest Posted November 15, 2007 Report Share Posted November 15, 2007 Anyone know what the norm is for giving Vancomycin? Is it 2 wks on then a break then start again like Flagyl?? Also, what should we not give it with? Can we give it with Sacc B? Should I stop giving Sacc B or can I continue with it while giving Vanco?
