My meeting with DAN doctor

We have our first appointment with a DAN doctor to discuss Stan's approach for my 8 year old son. I want to be sure understand it correctly before the appt. We started SCD six weeks ago, he takes digestive enzymes and suppliments. So here's what I understand about starting this trial. Please correct anything that I'm wrong about.

First of all, we should start with an anti-fungal (Stan used Diflucan so this is what I want to try). How long should my son be on that before starting Valtrex? Once Valtrex is introduced, we should continue using Diflucan the entire time, right? When starting off, do you do 1X a day and work up to 2 or 3X a day? Also, I read about pulsing. Do any of you pulse Valtrex with natural antivirals? Do you do the 5 days/Valrex, 2 days/natural? or what seems to be the best approach on pulsing?

What about the MB12? When should we start that? Is that the very first thing to start, before the anti-fungal?

Sorry there are so many questions. I'm really trying to understand all of this before going to the doctor, and there's sooo much info. it can get confusing. Thanks in advance!
