So, if I want to search for people who have not had a physical in the

last year, what's the best way to do it?

I can search for the diagnosis codes V70.0, V72.31, V20.2. I can

search for encounter date > than one year.

But I can't figure out how to search for V70.0 > than 1 year. And so

I miss patients who have been in to see

me in the last year, but only for head colds.

(and please, don't let this initiate one of those long threads about

whether or not to do physicals).
