Guest guest Posted December 10, 2005 Report Share Posted December 10, 2005 I have RA in my feet and was on this regime (Plaquenil and Sulfasalazine) in the very beginning. I eventually developed a Sulfa allergy and had to come off of the Sulfasalazine. I have been on Plaquenil by itself and also with Prednisone. I had no trouble whatsoever.
