That seems to generate a list of BOTHeveryone not seen in the last year ANDeveryone ever seen for a V70.0Nas you've already done, go to the search window, and click on advanced criteria.  it's below simple criteria.  in advanced criteria, select what you want, last encounter date > 1 year, and diagnosis of V70.0.  add each of these criteria to your search, and then click search.  voila!  your list is generated.  if you use more than one diagnosis, you can click on encounter type, 9939 & and 9938 & if you coded them as preventive visits.hope that's helpful.LL Guinn <NGuinn555comcast (DOT) net> wrote:So, if I want to search for people who have not had a physical in the last year, what's the best way to do it?I can search for the diagnosis codes V70.0, V72.31, V20.2.
