Lungs and breathing issues are to be taken

seriously.  I believe there is a time for antibiotics and this may be one of

them.

Subject: Question

about antibiotics

Now that I know the damage that vaccines and

antibiotics did to ,

we are obviously not giving the boosters to her or to her older sister

and younger brother. But my oldest was just diagnosed with walking

pnemonia (moderate fever, hacking, painful cough, pediatrican

heard " crackling " in her lung)and the doctor gave us a 5day zithromax

pack. This past Sunday, they put her on Omnicef because they said it

was bronchitis. Today they said pnemonia and gave us the z-pack, and

told us to continue her on the omnicef as well because, and I quote " we

like you to finish it once it's been started " . We are very skeptical

of antibiotics now, but still don't know what else to do, so we gave

her the first dose of zithromax this afternoon, and decided that we'd

just not finish the Omnicef. Two hours later she vomited her guts

out. SHe hasn't vomited since, and I read that vomiting is a side

effect. Ugh, I don't know what to do. Is there anything else that

isn't harmful that can treat things like pnemonia and strep and other

bacterial illnesses? I can avoid re-vaccinating, but can I avoid

antibiotics and get my kid healthy again?

I am feeling really defeated today. I hate that I can't trust these

doctors anymore. We are interviewing a new pediatrician who treats

more holistically and is supportive of not vaccinating or spreading

them out, but she is almost an hour away. At this point, I am willing

to drive anywhere, I just need to be able to feel supported and not

thought of as crazy. This is so incredibly hard.

Unfortunately, whether it's bronchitis or pneumonia, I would think that staying on the antibiotics is the proper thing to do.  You could call the doc and let them know that your daughter vomited after the Omnicef and see what they say.For what it's worth, my son had constant bronchitis until we started long term abx therapy.  He's been on Erythromycin for about 6 months now and he's never been bronchitis/symptom free for longer than a week until we started it.cherylLungs and breathing issues are to be taken seriously.  I believe there is a time for antibiotics and this may be one of them. Pamela"Courage is doing what you're afraid to do.  There can be no courage unless you're scared."Eddie Rickenbacker, top US fighter ace, WWI From: mb12 valtrex [mailto:mb12 valtrex ] On Behalf Of sjskmjudgeSent: Wednesday, November 07, 2007 8:14 PMTo: mb12 valtrex Subject: Question about antibiotics Now that I know the damage that vaccines and antibiotics did to , we are obviously not giving the boosters to her or to her older sister and younger brother.
