Does anyone know of any email lists, listservers, blogs, anything,

exist for the purpose of Alteer product discussion?

For as much as we pay for maintainance per month, I would like to feel

some love. And it is not comeing from Alteer corp. The best way to

keep a corporate behemoth honest is talking to other customers.

Sometimes I believe us Alteer customers are kept in the dark on purpose.

I like to know the answers to my support questions before I talk to my

vendor. Keeps 'em honest. :-/

Great idea, but I’m not aware of any

such discussion avenue.

Fellow Alteer user, also frustrated with

monthly support cost…

Yes,

good idea. Alteer’s monthly support fee is getting out of hand

& makes the benefits seem less and less attractive as the ongoing costs

rise.
