Guest guest
Our DAN wants us to try Ampho B as is is supposedly alot less liver toxic than diflucan. We've been on diflucan for awhile, off and on. Our daughter has had a fabulous rection to Dilfucan Can anybody compare their experience diflucan vs Ampho B? Thanks Bridget
Guest guest
Our son did well on both. His best response, though, was diflucan, until we tried nystatin. I think it just depends on the child. I know a few people who are going through all the antifungals and the responses have varied quite a bit. Guest guest
Mine did not do well on Ampho B at all. He is very sensitive to everything and will react at the drop of a hat. Diflucan was okay for him. Depends on the child and you can only tell by a trial. Gayatri > > > Our DAN wants us to try Ampho B as is is supposedly alot less liver > toxic than diflucan. Guest guest
My son is on AMP B now since about June, he did well right away, we saw improvement but we were on Nystatin before this. I do want to try Diflucan in the future to get rid of yeast elsewhere in the body depending on liver tests. > > > > > > Our DAN wants us to try Ampho B as is is supposedly alot less liver > > toxic than diflucan. Guest guest
We've done both diflucan and ampho B with great success doing both. I think ampho is much stronger in fact. We had to make sure we had OLE on board for bacteria while doing ampho because bacteria seemed to proliferate like crazy when ampho was used. However, both gave great cognitive success. We continue to do ampho, but are considering switching to nystatin powder per DAN. I'm a little skeptical since ampho is working so well > > Our son did well on both.
