Guest guest
in the book titled " I am grateful " , the recipe goes like this: Almond Toast 1/2 cup soaked almonds 2 cups almond nut milk pulp 1/3 cup flax meal 1cup of veggie pulp 1teaspoon garlic 1teaspoon salt 1/2-1 cup carrot juice now, the book also explains how to make your own milk, soak seeds, and you need a juicer, & oven or dehydrator. the book is sold on amazon, i bought it at the actual restaurant where this stuff is served, in Berkeley, but all you need is a mesh net for almond milk, and you soak it overnight, walnuts taste better like this too. here are the instructions. Rinse and drain your almonds.Chop coarsely, and mix well with all ingredients except carrot juice. Now add 1/2 cup of carrot juice and mix well. Your dough should resemble the consistency of bread dough. You will want it dry enough to shape into a log. (not soupy or runny at all) but wet enough to stick together. Have one possibly two dehydrator trays topped with the grid sheet. Now that your dough is ready, shape it into a log .At the restaurant we make a log about 3 inches wide, and 2 inches high. It's probably best to make the log on top of the cutting board. Just turn out the dough into your cutting board and begin to shape using the palm of your hands. until you have a log in the shape you desire. Now make slices in the log about a half inch wide. Place the slices into trays topped with the grid sheet. Dehydrate at 145 degree temp for one hour and then turn down the temp to 115 degrees until crisp and no moisture remains. you can easily add your favorite herbs and spices to this recipe .....so this is just one of the many recipes in the book, and it is pretty awesome-Mattea To: mb12 valtrex From: sentadepuydt@...
