Guest guest
Hi Tess: I have the same problem. I get pain from my knees to my feet, down my shins, but also have pain in my hip, knee and ankle joints. The shin bone pain is something that I have only noticed in the last few months. I don't know if it is referred pain from my hips or knees, but I can feel it right down the shin bone. I'm a side sleeper and the only thing I can do for it is keep turning from side to side, and I also take Tramadol if it gets really bad. I've tried my recliner, but I can't get comfortable at all in that. Sleeping on my stomach is impossible with the CPAP, sleeping on my back causes back pain, so I just keep turning from side to side.
