2 questions - Valtrex and HBOT

Hi everyone, FIRST question: How do you determine if you should try Valtrex first or just start chelation? Do you eventually have to do both treatments? SECOND question: We have a trial one hour HBOT session this Friday for our 2 1/2 yr old non-verbal son. We are however now wondering if its a good idea to do this with our son because he will not be able to tell us if his ears are bothering him. Also can HBOT treatments be done at any stage of the recovery process? We have only been doing biomedical since April of this year. Your help is much needed. Thank you, B
