shirley--- if you do today's work with the patietn today they do not need

to call you back

Fill the script when they are there to last to the next visit. And tell

them what you did.

Tell them you will mail or email their labs .And do it

Have peopel email you simple questions- then you can do it anytime

Are you really telling me that when something is really really important

to you and you absolutely positively know you have to do it that day, that

you never forget or never cannot get to it because something else comes

up? OF COURSE not , --becasue you a regular human being!!Stuff happens! So

are but not have it ring, or step out to take the clothes off th e line

, or have to take a poop, or run out of gas, or have thier kid cry between

3-4 so they can be available to you.

I want to answer current and prospective

patients and doctors ANY time/ ALL the time. When they press 1,

we pick up. Everybody else gets a call back from 3-4 pm

once; if they can't be by their phone when we call, then

it must not have been important.

I certainly don't want to be un-IMP-like..

I would gently warn you that returning calls only 1 hr a day is

somehwat anti IMP like . If i were the patietn I would find that hard.

Can you find another way to get people more access to you?

Or is this ONLY f or doctor calls not for appointmetns which staff does?

But 3-4 PM every day and only 3-4 is very hard on patients.

Can you use e mail? Ask them to leave their email address?

The harder you make it for peple to acces you the mORE and more calls
