Guest guest Posted October 26, 2001 Report Share Posted October 26, 2001 Whew! I made it. Haven't missed a workout and haven't strayed from the diet. I'm soooo proud of me!! I've discovered that 3 other people who frequent the gym the same time I do are also doing BFL. One of them is on her 3rd challenge so is happy to show me how to use the different machines. I still prefer the dumbells for UB tho. It just seems like I'm accomplishing more. DH is arriving tomorrow. He's been out of country working since July so I'm " very " anxious to see him. ;>) He's only home for a week and then off again for 6 weeks. I can't wait 'til he sees the progress I've made then. Already I've lost my double chin and have lost 1 1/2 in off my waist! I'm sorry that I haven't posted much. It's all I can do to keep up with 'your' posts. Inevitably when I have a question, someone else asks it before I get the chance (at least I know some of you are on the same wave length with me) This is a great group...very supportive (and a little nuts lol) Thanks for all your help.
