i have that pain too. i was told it's chostchondritis (arthritis of the rib

cage) sometimes heat or a chiro adjustment helps

I also get pain and swelling in the breastbone chest area right in the middle

mostly under the neck area.. Happened first time a few yrs ago.. think doc

thought i was crazy cause nothing was there..The info here helps me alot..Must

have to do with all the nodes i got goin on cause chest hurts at same time as

the node flare..debbie
