I just had a surgery October 20th this year - scar tissue grew around my intestines and bowels....... maybe this is an air bubble! hahaha... I'll mention to the doc next time. I kept asking my doctor about it and he finally explained to me (this sounds really strange). He said with Fibro the muscles/cartilidge, etc. and the bones/joints stop working together and the soft tissue pulls away from the bones, causing the pain. I've never heard this before or since, but it was his diagnosis. I also have pain in my shoulder blades. I told the Rheumy but he didn't say much. I know right now it is worse. I thought maybe because of all the shopping, running around, lack of sleep. Plus I decided to clean my attic. My attic is long but you can't stand up. I know I have been lifting more than I should, some of the stuff I am throwing out is heavy. I am hoping once the holidays are over it will settle down. Hope you are feeling better. I also talk to my liver friends on liver problems , and often the subject of fib pain cmes up but I do not remember if any one has had a definite diagnosis for it. He said that it's not common but it does happen. The RA thinks that's a joint even though it's pseudo. I'm glad it didn't last long and never came back... so far.
