need help for child with severe food allergies and eczema

My friend's daughter is 4 and she has been suffering for 2 years with eczema covering her entire body, she is allergic to 24 things, including the sun. She has been on many antibiotics and steroids...I have finally convinced my friend to detox her..but not sure how and what to do. Has anyone had success in this area. She is not autistic...just delayed speech and gross motor.
