Guest guest
We had lots of issues with rewinding as well. I did something a bit simpler than the plexiglass. I bought a flip lock from the hardware store and installed it across the cabinet doors that hold the VCR and DVD players. The lock costs about $4 and I put it on top of the " hunney-do " list. We use it when we need to and when the drive is low we leave it unlocked. I can email anyone who wants a picture of our set-up, too. It partly depends on your current housing of the equipment. We also tried for a while simply putting them up high on a shelf. That worked until he figured out which chair to use to climb up and create a more precarious viewing place. Be forewarned; lots of cool stuff is on the internet, such as movie trailers and web sites with clips for devoted fans. It doesn't stop being a pervasive problem and we may also need to teach that it is not cool to be the " rewind king " . Good luck to all fellow " queen mothers " !
