finally moved workouts to the morning

Well, I've been doing my cardio over lunch and weights in the evening but

figured with the time change, this was the perfect opportunity to at least

*attempt* to get my tail-end outta bed early in the morning and work out.

I actually have made it a whole 2 days so far - LOL! Guess I'll see if this

makes a substantial difference in my progress. Today also happens to be my

6-week body fat testing day so it should be easy enough to track.
