Guest guest Posted December 11, 2005 Report Share Posted December 11, 2005 Hi all, I feel a bit guilty sometimes cause I only seem to drop notes when I've got something to ask ..... please know that I do read and pray. I got " a cold " about a month ago now... really wanted to turn into bronchitis.. or bronchialpneumonia (except I've had the pneumonia shot). I stopped the enbrel shots... finally went to a local clinic and got 10 days of biaxin (which helped a little). I finished that last Monday -- I'm still coughing, still have a very congested head and sinus.... I have been off the enbrel for 3 or 4 weeks and I am really feeling it -- it was helping in combination withthe Mtx which I have continued. I am scared witless to restart the enbrel the way I'm feeling but I still have 4 weeks of work before retirement (which is also freaking me out a bit); as well as an 88 year old mother to help out (she still lives on her own and hasn't been feeling too hot). My problems are so minor compared to so many people but I'm not doing well with getting out of a panic mode and can't take any more time off before retirement. Oh well.. I had hoped to have a long, productive retirement and be able to do the writing I've always wanted to do but now I feel like I'm not going to make it very far with that... guess I just needed to whine for a change instead of sucking it up... sorry but thanks for listening...
