Hello Gang,

I do not post much but enjoy reading and learning from all the posts.

Thank you.

I was just talking to a co-worker that is just starting BFL and I

think I may be doing the weight lifting incorrectly.

He said that we are suppose to pick a weight that we can comfortably

list 12 reps (level 5) for the first set, then ADD enough weight so

the next set of 10 is a little harder (level 6) and so on..... until

you get to the high point lift where you take most of it off or at

least enough so you can do 12 reps but end up at a level 9 intensity.

Is this what you are doing?

I have not been adding weight. Now that I think about it, what I do

does not make any sense since I have been unable to manage the number

of reps that makeup the intensity.
