6-week update

I tend to tie my results to when I get my body fat tested, so since

that was yesterday I thought I'd share.

My scale weight dropped by 1 lb. (but I'm not overweight so that was

fine since that's not a goal of mine...) which translated into ~ 4.5

lbs. fat lost and ~ 3.5 lbs. lean weight gained - woo hoo!

I lost a total of 7 3/4 " , including 1 " off my waist, 1 " off my hips,

and 1 " off each of my thighs.

I've been concentrating more on my shoulders this last time and it

shows, but the arms stayed the same so I think I'll push the tri's

and bi's a bit more again.

She said she can really see the muscle definition in my legs, so I

told her how I used to flex my arms for DH but since my legs are

getting pretty muscular I flex them instead now since that's harder

to do - LOL!

So goals for the next 6 weeks are to concentrate on the bi's, tri's,

back, and ab area and maintain what I've been doing on the quads,

hams, and calves (like I care about the calves anyway...) Oh yeah,

and to keep up this 5:30am routine (which has been easier every day).
