Guest guest
Hi, I can't believe how fast time flies by! I've been on BFL for 4 weeks now 1/3 done. I'm SO proud of myself, I've only missed 1 workout so far (was sick) and I eat 6 meals (almost) everyday! I can see progress when I look in the mirror, and today I measured. Here are the result, sorry but it's in cm. october 1 - october 29 chest: -8 cm waist: -6 cm hips: -5 cm thigh: -9 cm Then I have a question. I want to buy a protein-shake, but Myoplex is so expensive here in sweden, so I want to buy another brand. How much protein and carb should it be? I want to loose FAT :-) milla, sweden
Guest guest
Wow Milla - great results so far!! I can't wait to see what the next 8 weeks will net you! As far as an alternative to Myoplex, you have two options... 1) look for a meal-replacement powder which will be equal in carbs and protein (or fairly equal), or 2) get a protein powder (low in carbs) and add a piece of fruit or another carb to make it a balanced BFL meal. I prefer the latter option because it is cheaper and I prefer to *eat* my carbs, not drink them. Keep up the good work! Jen B. C5W5D1 > Hi, > > I can't believe how fast time flies by! Guest guest
You dont have to buy the myoplex. That's mainly a " convenience " food. Get a good Protein shake and blend in some fruit to even it out:) LB fl > Hi, > > I can't believe how fast time flies by! I've been on BFL for 4 weeks > now 1/3 done.
