Guest guest
some days going to work is just going to work Trying to work moving boulders of people who never change Today i went in at noon becasue last yr i did notthing all day the day after Chrsitmas. So I figured why work? I had 4 people set for today and then others kept calling and calling and calling... " can you see me by any chance? " Yep. Anyway i can get in today? " Sure I want to know if you can take a look at Zachary " Ok " I have had this for three weeks do you have any openings today? " Sure do. I booked up to a 5 pm appointment eight people in half a day but i was well rested had a lot of fun with the kids and made a deposit then went to walmart to get milk and half price wrapping paper. Some days it is just so fun to go to work One guy is the husband of my intern year MA who was wonderful to me and whom I have not seen since. She taught me about Puffs with lotion. Which when you are a sick intern is a big deal. He has been to chronic pain clincs where they insist his rightleg hurts and tell him he is aggressive when he tries to tell them which if his legs hurst and it is not his rgiht! the pain clinics tell him he will not be seen if he goes to a chirpractor... etc yadda yadda yadda lousy health care. Hope I can be useful to him but I suspect it won't be that hard Already saw him once with palpitations--stress . and heme pos stool- got him to GI and got that polyp removed. Anyways had a fun day and tomorrow tomotrrow is wednesday I'm off!! sending records We have a fairly large practice and some records are several hundred pages long. Has any body been dropping these to discs and mailing them rather than spending all the money on paper, toner, and postage? We just started to do it and seems to be working so far. Any body else out there with any experience relating to this? Brent
