Guest guest
Wow Lee - we're on the same schedule! I was just thinking about asking that same question myself. I've gone through periods of being ravenous and periods of having to remind myself to eat. I'm in week 3 of C3 and I'm feeling incredibly hungry - something I haven't felt for months. I'd like to think I've been pushing the weights and my body is screaming at me to give it fuel but I'm not sure about that. I've been trying to drink more water too. --- l rogas wrote: > ok, is it the change in seasons, my 2nd challenge, > the alignment of the > stars? dring my 1st challenge i found it very hard > to eat so much. i had an > egg with rice (and fake bacon good) @9:30 then 11:30 > a chicken breast wrap. > now an hour later i'm hungry again! yes, i am > drinking water. any ideas? > > -l > c2w3d3 __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Well, we already knew you weren't crazy Lee! Per Coach Jen B., I may try to add a smaller BFL meal if this continues. I'd rather eat balanced proteins/carbs than find myself starving and reaching for those evil carbs. And thanks for the compliment...I'm absolutely amazed at all of the comments about my abs. It's one of two areas I think are my weak spots (hips/buttocks being the other). Any word on your job situation/hunt? --- l rogas wrote: > cool! well at least i know i'm not totally crazy. > and by the by i covet your > abs!!! > > -l __________________________________________________
