ravenous

ok, is it the change in seasons, my 2nd challenge, the alignment of the

stars? dring my 1st challenge i found it very hard to eat so much. i had an

egg with rice (and fake bacon good) @9:30 then 11:30 a chicken breast wrap.

now an hour later i'm hungry again! yes, i am drinking water. any ideas?

ps: someone kick me if i forget the glutamine again..my chest is killing me

Wow Lee - we're on the same schedule! I was just

thinking about asking that same question myself. I've

gone through periods of being ravenous and periods of

having to remind myself to eat. I'm in week 3 of C3

and I'm feeling incredibly hungry - something I

haven't felt for months. I'd like to think I've been

pushing the weights and my body is screaming at me to

give it fuel but I'm not sure about that. I've been

trying to drink more water too.

Well, we already knew you weren't crazy Lee! Per Coach

Jen B., I may try to add a smaller BFL meal if this

continues. I'd rather eat balanced proteins/carbs than

find myself starving and reaching for those evil

carbs.

And thanks for the compliment...I'm absolutely amazed

at all of the comments about my abs. It's one of two

areas I think are my weak spots (hips/buttocks being

the other).

Any word on your job situation/hunt?
