Guest guest Posted January 12, 2007 Report Share Posted January 12, 2007 while discussing IMP's with lynn ho last night on the phone, i came up with an idea for IMP talk parameters. i think the only person who could incorporate them into a talk and carry it off well would be pam wible (that's a compliment). it's the seven deadly sins, and the seven heavenly virtues. they are, associated with their designated demon and punishment: lust vs chastity; asmodeus, smothered in fire and brimstone gluttony vs temperance; beezelbub, forced to eat live vermin greed vs charity; mammon, boiled in oil sloth vs diligence; belphegor, thrown into a snake pit wrath vs forgiveness; satan, dismembered alive envy vs kindness; leviathan, placed in freezing water pride vs humility; lucifer, broken on the wheel and don't forget the incubi and succubi! i think it would be hilarious. of course, i have undoubtedly far too much time on my hands right now, but i can't get to work today because we're having a cold snap with icy roads.
