Guest guest
Hi Trish: You are not alone - we are here 24/7 and have been where you are -we do understand. I have both RA and Fibro - there are times that my joints are hot and ache worse, and then times that it is in my muscles causing more pain, sometimes both. I have been tested for Fibro, and have most of the " trigger points " , and the other associated problems with Fibro. There is no lab work for it. If you are going to a rheumatologist, he/she can test you to see if you have Fibro as well. I know well the problem with not being able to exercise because of pain and fatigue, just seems like getting in the car and going anywhere to exercise makes me tired, but Curves does have a very good program. It's a work at your own pace exercise facility, females only, and if something hurts one day, move on to another machine. You can take it as slow or as fast as you want. Just an idea.
