The emailing option is nice, isn't it?

To answer your questions:

Once you buy medical history, you can set it up with both the web and the

office version, both are included in the $50 price. My goal would be to

have everyone do the home version, but for right now I am trying to have at

least all physicals and new patients do it at home. Everyone else who

doesn't do it at home gets to do it in the office. I put a trailer and

instructions on the the confirmatory email that is sent out from appointment

quest, so with a little coaching, everyone who books their appointment on

line will hopefully do the home version of IMH. Right now, I have about 50%

prebooked from previous visits, 25% call for an appointment, 25% use

appointment quest online, and about half of those that book on line will do

IMH at home without a further prompt from me.

Length of time to complete depends on the number and type of problems, the

computer savvy-ness of the person inputting the history, how many 'yes'

answers to to the questions people give (every yes answer starts a new chain

of questioning and the level of detail you set the program to ask.

Generally anywhere from 3 minutes to 45 minutes, usually about 10-15

minutes.

I am paying my biller $20 / hour, usually about 5 hours once or twice every

2 weeks. I pay her more to cover her taxes - she is working as an

independent contractor for me- typically in RI a biller would be paid $15 /

hour.

Let me know if you need more information, happy to share more details.

Thanks Bob.

You have such an interesting set-up, I'm sort of wondering what kind of

changes you are contemplating. Keep us up to date ?
