Guest guest
Hi ! I remember you from when you were on here before! Glad to see you back now. Sorry to hear that you had such a stressful time of it earlier this year. Don't beat yourself up over falling back into old habits, it's happened to many people. What counts is what you do about it from now on, and it sounds like you are on the right track. I recommend that you re-read the BFL book and do the Crossing the Abyss question/answer sections. Then set your goals from there and read them twice per day without fail. Goal-setting is the single most common factor in sucess stories, both in BFL and in life. Eat clean and train hard. You will do great. Jen B. It is Acidophilus. Since taking this herb on a daily basis, some of my kids and I have stopped getting sick, and let me tell you we are surrounded by it. I have some kids that don't take it every morning, and they catch the daily/weekly school bug, and some of the kids do take it and don't get sick. It used to be that if one person got sick then the other six would soon follow. Not anymore! > > A little background on me and where I am with BFL. I started 01/01/01 and completed a successful Challenge 1. I made great progress. I took a week off and then tried to get going again with C2. I lasted about 3 weeks and then my life started to fall apart. I won't go into any detail as I don't want to bore anyone nor seem like I'm looking for sympathy. Anyway, I've gained back all that I lost and then some. Tells me how well I don't handle stressful events in my life. Maybe I just had one too many. > > Anyway, I want so much to get back into this way of life, get back into the food, get back into feeling good! Sleeping through the night, and all the other benefits of this program. I'm just having a hard time motivating myself. Exercising hasn't been a problem. I faithfully wake up every day at 4:45 and do my cardio or weights. However I did stop for a couple of months during the summer. > > It has been wonderful reading all the notes the last couple of days and to see so much support on this list again. I hope you can welcome me back into your family and help me get started again. > > Take care, > > N
