clear?

The I of M Crossing The Quality Chasm benchmarks and the list serv

headers are

efficiency vitality patietn centered care timeliness saftey equitablity

efficacy etc

I want to be able to refer to them wihtout naming them every time so i

was hoping for a memonic and i get VERY STEEP if i throw in an R and a Y

but i do not know what the Y would be for, or any other mneumonic

,thanks!see what I mean?

I am horrible at word puzzles, but how

about this one:

P-Patient centered care

R-Reliable (effective)

E-Efficient

V-Vital

E-Equitable

N-Nurturing

T-Timely

S-Safe

So we are practicing medicine that

PREVENTS disease and medical errors. I realize that some of these are

stretching the issue, but isn’t that the point with mneumonics?

I could also do steep -curve ( p-c is patient centered) but I still need

the R and then I need a U
