Guest guest
Wow Wayne, I can see a major difference after 6 weeks. Keep up the great work!!! I was too scared to take pictures after 6 weeks because I don't see much change. I'm waiting until after 12. I still don't think I will be able to post them anyway. I'm not that brave!!!! You're a BFL success!!!!! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Standing ovation!!!!! 1. Do NOT give up. 2. Believe in yourself. 3. If you have a setback, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move on. The past is the past and can't be change - just think about the future and all it has to offer you. - Wayne
Guest guest
Ha! What a picture. So, what print on the boxers? Were they those Cool Dr. Seuss boxers? I'm picturing the green ones with "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish" on them. Um... well, since you asked, I do have a story to tell... I work part-time at a local Waldenbooks since I'm such a book freak (I'm a computer software analyst by day). I was climbing up one of the ladders in the store to put away some overstock, and the baggy pants I was wearing decided to fall down. So, here I am at the top of the ladder in a store full of people, books in both arms, and unable to pull my pants up... thank goodness I chose to wear boxers that day... - Wayne
Guest guest
ROFL Love it! Well, you can be thankful that they weren't so big that they fell off too! Guest guest
You know Brett, I've been wondering about that. How exactly does your skin tighten up? I mean, I'd like to lose about 40-50 lbs and I'm wondering where all that skin's gonna go? and it looks like your skin is tightening up too
Guest guest
>Can you please let me know if you see any improvement, or anything worse than when I started? Wayne - I'd be very proud of the progress if I were you. There are enormous differences in only 6 weeks - especially arms, waist and hip areas - but you look smaller overall as well. Best of luck for continued progress in the last six weeks! C1W11D2
Guest guest
WAYNE!!!!! WOOOHOOO You are doing great! I see improvement everywhere. You can tell that you have lost a good amount of weight, for starters. Your midsection is WAY slimmer (especially from the side view) as is your chest and I see a definite slimming in the arms! You can see a MAJOR difference! You must be so incredibly proud to have such great results only 1/2 way into your challenge! Keep up the good work Amy > Good evening, gang: > > I did something very brave... Guest guest
not a clue. I've always had semi-loose skin, even at 9%. Some do and some don't I guess... Guest guest
Brett: To be honest with you, I'm just human, doing the best I can do, and then pushing to do better than the last " best " (if that made any type of sense at all). Now that I know I CAN do it, I HAVE succeeded so far, and have seen my progress, I'm committed to helping and motivating as many people as I can. The compliments are nice, and I really appreciate them, but I'm now committed to living the BFL way and helping as many people as I can. Hell, do you think I'd post my own fat ass pics if I didn't think they would motivate people? It took a lot of guts to do that (and, if you haven't noticed, I do have a much better self-image than when I first started and actually am feeling pride and self-worth), but I'm willing to sacrifice a lot if it will even motivate ONE person to get up off their ass and do something to help themselves.' YOU guys on this list have been MY inspiration, and now I'm willing to do whatever it takes to help inspire someone else who needs it. - Wayne RE: Wayne's 6 Week Progress Pictures > HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA > > ROFLMAO that's funny!!! > > Wow Wayne, not only are you the list inspiration with your incredible > progress, but comic relief as well!!! > > Gonna hafta start calling you " Skinny " > > Brett > > (Same thing happened while my dad was playing Santa for the kids a few > years ago...I saw it coming and flashed across the room and " helped " Santa > to the door, I didn't know I could move that fast)
Guest guest
: I'm not doing anything special to tighten my skin... just working my ass off at the gym. But, one thing I do notice is stretch marks (hell, it looks like I gave birth). From what I have read, skin is elastic and WILL return to it's normal shape after you loose the fat. - Wayne Re: Wayne's 6 Week Progress Pictures You know Brett, I've been wondering about that. Guest guest
Wayne!! I haven't even read the other responses yet, but I just had to ask HOW many inches have you lost????? Because OMG you look soooo much smaller *everywhere*, from the front/side/back and probably even your feet are smaller (only I couldn't see 'em). You are doing amazing, so keep up the good work! Those numbers measurements are neat to see, but pictures tell the real story. Jen B. *patting Wayne on the back* > Good evening, gang: > > I did something very brave... Guest guest
I see big improvement. I'd suggest that you keep up what you are doing because it is working. The back pictures of a lot of people seem to tell a lot about their progress. For one thing, we know you can't suck in your back and it is really starting to take shape. The other pics look better too. Andyman > Good evening, gang: > > I did something very brave...
