Guest guest
Hi there, I am a mother of a two year old daughter who has SEVERE allergies and suffers from EXTREME eczema. I am writing because I am going to start her on the Caveman/Starter diet. However, I would love to hear from any mothers/dads out there any tips on getting her to ACTUALLY EAT. Being allergic to soo much, you will be surprised that her system actually tolerates dairy products...so cheese and yogurt or her favorite foods. Even though I diversify her foods already I am nervous that breakfast time is going to be TOUGH. Any suggestions on yummy food combinations that any of you used. Also, can raisins be used. In the starter diet it states Organic fruit...is that only limited to apples (peeled), peaches and pears. Please help in any way you can...all suggestions are welcomed. I am hoping to start the diet soon so please share, share share!!! Thank you, Lyn
