WW Tortillas - ok daily?

Just wondering. My chicken burritos I've been having for meal # 2 has been

working out well. I had one yesterday and one today.

Is having a WW tortilla daily ok?

By the way, I don't have a sandwich and a tortilla in the same day.

My carbs usually consist of tortilla, potatoe, oatmeal, apple each day so

the tortilla is really the only processed carb I have.

Thanks!

I wouldn't hesitate to have a whole-wheat tortilla every day. I have

1/2 of a whole wheat bagel almost every day. Some people are more

sensitive to carbs, but if it is a convenient meal I would do it.

I like chicken burritos too or whatever you want to call them. They

are so easy to fix in a hurry. I even cook the chicken breast in the

microwave. I add 1/4 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese to them as

well plus just a little sprinkle of regular mexican cheese.

Guess I could quit signing Andyman too, since that other Andy is now

gone, but I am used to it and it is my e-mail address. The nick name

came from a class that I was teaching for a company I used to work

for. One of the students started calling me Andyman and then they

all did. They gave me a plaque with all their names on it the last

day of class that said " The Andyman " on it.
