Floating Free Day?

I usually plan to have my free day on Sundays, but some times (Like

yesterday) I can not exercise, so I decided to make it my Sunday. Is

this OK?

Pedro,

Sometimes I do this - take my Free Day on a different day than

Sunday. Or sometimes I will take my exercise " off " day on a different

day than the free-food day, I just make certain to do my workout 1st

thing in the a.m. before I start eating unauthorized food. ;)

Remember, this is " for LIFE " and you have to work it into your daily

life all the time... sometimes that may mean taking Free Day on

Wednesday instead of Sunday. Just don't take TWO free days. ;)

My free days vary from week to week, but are usually on Saturday or

Sunday...just depends what is going on that weekend. I always wondered

if it was okay too, but it doesn't seem to really affect me either way.

I like being able to eat what I want all day and if I feel the need to

take a nap...I can :o)

Actually, I'm going to start putting my FREE food day and no workout day on

two different days.

I wake up super early every day (4:30 during the week, 6:30 on weekends).

Recently I've noticed that if I have all the food I want and don't work out

that day, I have way too much time to eat. At least if I exercise that day

I'll have less time to be pigging out.

And another thing. My results were decent while my guy was living in

Tucson. Since he moved a month ago, I've stalled. I think it's because I'm

eating WAY more on my free days now. I doubt I ate 2500 calories on free

days when he was here cause we were busy. Now I eat around 4000. The pan

of lemon bars alone last weekend were 1968 calories. I don't even know how

many calories were in the can of Pringles!

Now if I could find a part-time weekend job, I'd be set. More money, less

food consumed!
