Guest guest Posted September 28, 2001 Report Share Posted September 28, 2001 well, finished my last lbwo this am, tomorrow cardio. about 24 hours away from vet status WOOOOHOOOO!!!! i have NEVER worked out like this in my life. have not missed one cardio or lift day. diet, i give myself a 7-8 (points lost for 12 oz curls). 15 mos ago i decided to change, 82 days ago i started bfl. thanks to this group i am FINALLY not a slave to the scale in fact, i have only lost 5 lbs in 12 weeks and 50 in 15 mos. i right now care about inches and bf%. i see muskel changes, getting biceps, triceps, can see that i do have a rib cage! here are the inch results: chest-down 0.5 bfl 5 total in 15 mos upper waist-down 1.5 bfl total 7 in 15 mos waist (belly button)-down 2.25 total 11.5 in 15 mos hips (butt)-down 1.5 bfl 7.5 in 15 mos thighs-down .5 bfl 4.5 total in 15 mos arm-down .5 in 1 month bfl total bfl 6.75 have lifted an estimated 2,160,000 lbs skiied over 90 kilometers now the thanks..... i'm afraid i'll leave someone out so apologies in advance it i do. to all of you thank you, for listening to me whine, keeping me on track, pokes, kicks, and pats. jean, barabra, karen, jen, jen m, lana, lil bill, ann,sara, and kathy thanks for helping me not get too fixated on any number. thanks to anyman for thoughtful dry wit. thanks to les aka the professor for excellent posts. to phillip for hummor. to wanye for thoughtfulness and modivating me to jog 1 mile. to coach brett for lifting tips, and a kick when i needed it. and last but not least thanks to glenda aka mp, her royal muskelness, our very own den mother who takes newbies under her wing and helps time and time again. now a free week part of which i'll be sipping champagne in a hot tub on the canadian border and then c2 starting oct 8!!!!!! thanks again, lee _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com/intl.asp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
