1st Week

I made it thru my 1st week and now I know why it is called a

challenge. After I did lower body, the next day I couldn't walk -

had a heck of a time getting up and down the stairs at work. I have

worked out with weights/machines for years but never pushed myself

like this. But at the end of one week I see that I can do it - not

quite as exhausted as I was the first few days. Of course now I want

to spend a bunch of money on a bench and powerblocks or probell. I

like working out at home better than the gym.
