260+ Pounder No More! Woo Hoo!

My six weeks is up tomorrow, and that's a free day, and I know better than

to weigh myself then (or the day after!). So I weighed myself today, and

tipped the scales at 259.2! Woo Hoo! I'm now a 250+ Pounder! (just

barely!)

Here are my six week results:

Measurement Start 6 Weeks Results

Weight 274.4 259.2 -15.2 lbs

Fat Lbs 120.5 89.7 -30.8 lbs (Woo Hoo!)

LBM 153.9 169.5 +15.6 lbs

Waist 54 50 - 4 "

Hips 46.875 44.125 - 2.75 "

I still don't see a difference, but I know it's there. I feel it. I'm

doing pictures tomorrow, and I'm hoping they'll show the change.
