To me and all the other newbies. Ya'll are

great. So much for lurking, I want to have fun

too!!

It's going to take me a while to get everyone

straight though, but I'm glad you're a chatty

group.

, I've only lived here in San

three years. My parents were from this area but

I grew up in Michigan. I do love it here,

though. We're way out near Helotes. It's

beautiful.

I have the original studio tapes. When they

start to get dull, I'll get the live tapes. I

didn't know that Shellie was 's daughter!!

Hee! My favorite is Jasmine- because she shows

when it's hurting, and the girl with the long

dark curly hair behind because she's so

perky. I hate that girl with the short hair (not

Shellie, the one with the perfect boxer's stance.

She just bugs me for some reason.

Okay, confession time, I haven't even gotten as

far as the floorwork on the advanced tape, so I

have no idea what they do. I usually do the

weight machines at the gym for abs/legs/arms,

which I find easier than trying to force myself

to do it at home-it's my least favorite part of

working out. Right now I'm not being too strict

with every day, I'm shooting for SOME kind of

excercise 5 days a week- 3 cardio (Taebo or

Kickboxing)/2 weight training. So I dunno about

the Wed. challenge. Maybe I'll just make sure

I always do weight training on Wed., and that'll

be my way of participating.

And I already feel results, just in a month. I

don't own a scale (evil, vile things), but I can

tell I'm beginning to slowly firm up a bit.

After a lifetime being sedentary and flabby -

it's going to be hard to whip this butt into

shape, but I'm determined. I want to be a

champion too! (See, 's getting to me)
