Born in Rochester, NY, moved to San , went to College in Austin and

recently moved to Woodbridge,Virginia

Tell us a bit about your family (spouse, kids, pets, etc.):

I married a wonderful Marine in May. We have three cats who will be are only

children for a while. came to us knocked up, she had five kittens, we

found homes for and kept one that is slightly retarded and adopted (or stole)

another cat after her other master let her and her siblings play in

interstate traffic.

How long have you been doing Tae-Bo?

I've really lost track. Early 98 I believe. Whenever the infomercial fist

aired. I called the second time I saw it.

What tapes do you have?

AL1-AL12, All the Taebo TV tapes, both four packs and Taebo impact

What are your fitness/weight loss goals?

To loose 15lbs or the equivalent and to be able to pass the Marine PT for a

male.

What results have you had so far (both mental and physical)?

My legs, arms and upper abs have really toned up. I have a lot more

confidence in myself and feel physically stronger. I was very ill right

before I started Taebo I would have 5-6 partial seizures a day and a full

blown one thrown in here or there. Since doing Taebo I only get occasional

tremors in my arms or my legs. I don't know how but it must be the Taebo. I

use to go numb quite frequently on one side of my body that has rarely

happened in the last year and a half.

What do you like most about Tae-Bo?

I feel stronger because of it. Taebo feels like a real challenge. Its also

not likea typical female workout AKA someone leading a cheer or a

choreographed dance.

What do you like least about Tae-Bo?

Not enough tapes!!!!!!

What other exercises/activities do you do?

Step, weightlifting, hiking, started running again today (5 miles whoo hoo!)

What are your hobbies or interests?

Politics, Flute, Piccolo, French horn, acting, Star Trek, camping, poetry and

adventure sports (Scuba, kayaking, snorkeling, wakeboarding)

What else would you like people to know about you?

I don't have a drivers license. I once wanted to be the first licensed

female plumber in the state of Texas ( I can still unclog a garbage disposal

or roter rooter a toilet).

How old are you? 24

Where are you from? Born in Los Angeles, lived there until age 12, then moved

to Northern California. A year and a half ago I move to NC.

Tell us a bit about your family (spouse, kids, pets, etc.): I have a husband,

two kids, two cats and a dog

How long have you been doing Tae-Bo? Almost 2 years

What tapes do you have? All of them :)

What are your fitness/weight loss goals? Increase my strength and endurance,

complete a marathon, take up a martial art, learn to rock climb, lose body

fat and build muscle

What results have you had so far (both mental and physical)? I have become

stronger, more self confident, more positive about life, my energy level has

gone up, I have lost 90 pounds. One of the greatest things Tae-Bo has brought

into my life is some very close friendships with people I can't imagine not

having in my life :)

What do you like most about Tae-Bo? I like the martial arts aspect of it. I

love the kicks. I REALLY love Impact! I think that is what makes Tae-Bo

so great though.

What do you like least about Tae-Bo? The floorwork, even though I need it!

What other exercises/activities do you do? Running, boxing with my hanging

bag, kickboxing with my standing bag, and I will try spinning once my gym

opens up!

What are your hobbies or interests? Reading, writing (my passion in life),

movies, TV shows like survivor, traveling when I can

What else would you like people to know about you? Um, I don't know... I

have big plans for the future, so you can all say you knew me before I was

famous! LOL!

What do you like most about Tae-Bo? The ENERGY and the fact that the impact

in the workouts is minimal or easily reduced. I get a great workout without

beating up my hips, knees or feet.

What do you like least about Tae-Bo? The warmups are too short for me. At my

age I need to get in at least a 10 minute warmup.

What other exercises/activities do you do? I LOVE Cathe Friedrich's step

workouts, her new Cross Training Series (CTX series) for weight training and

her Pure Strength Series. I also have almost all the FIRM tapes and will do

straight gym style workouts on my own (a la Body-for-LIFE). AND you can find

me chasing grandsons all over my house, yard, the park...... :o)

What are your hobbies or interests? I don't do as much reading as I used to,

but I do love a good book or movie. I am an X-philer! :o) LOVE scary movies

(NOT the slice 'n dice ones)! :o) I sketch, paint and dabble in design and I

love to write.

What else would you like people to know about you? Favorite saying: QUITTERS

San (from Michigan originally, I've only

been here three years, so we weren't here at the

same time, ! I do love it here though!)

Happily married, one child (boy), one kitty, one

beagle puppy, and two tadpoles who are currently

sprouting their little froggie legs.

How long have you been doing Tae-Bo?

Since the New Year, about 3X/wk.

What tapes do you have?

The Original Studio Tapes

What are your fitness/weight loss goals?

To tone up, lose a few inches, gain

strength/flexibility/stamina.

What results have you had so far (both mental and

physical)?

Already seeing some definition in upper

abdominals & biceps, feel stronger, gradually

increasing ability with each workout.

What do you like most about Tae-Bo?

It's low imapct but still hi-energy, makes me

feel strong, fun!!!!

What do you like least about Tae-Bo?

The kicks are hard, don't have the balance yet.

What other exercises/activities do you do?

Swimming, cardio kickboxing, weight training,

rollerblading, and chasing after my very active 6

y.o. !!
