Hi all! Thank-You so much for the sweet words about my grandmother's

passing.It was a bitter-sweet trip.My mother wasn't able to go

because of her health which was sad but overall was a nice

visit. What suprised me the most was how I did pain wise.I drove

there, but my daughter drove the rest of the time so I could take a

pain pill.I just came off of a realy big flare so I was a bit worried

how I would do.With the pain pill I was comfortable most of the time

whitch totaly amazed me because I didn't get much rest. The worst time

was when I was at the funeral home for visiting.I was doing well when

all of the sudden I got very sharp pains in my right shoulder that

ran down my arm I couldn't figure it out untill my cousin said " boy

it's gotten cold in here! " Then it hit me!!! The cold air was causing

the pain. That realization realy hepled me because At my grandmother's

there are only 2 small window air conditioners in her house which is

quite a large 2 story home and I have central air at my home and my

husband keeps it set pretty low.The heat was helping my pain.I sweat

like a pig but didn't care because it felt so good on my joints.I

think that's why I hurt so much when I am home.My husband is a

sweetie though because when I told him he said for me to set it on

anything I wanted to if it would help my pain.Awwwwww.(He gets a

cookie!)So for those of you out there that are new to this like I am

keep as warm as you can.Well take care all!-Tammy-
