Guest guest
i have had insomnia since i was a kid so this is nothing new to me. the sleep aid that helps me the most is ambien. there is no " high " associated with it and gives you a good night sleep. more and more doctors are seeing what a great drug this is. you would have no problem getting trazadone. it puts you to sleep but it's really hard to wake up and it makes my face puffy. when i can't get these 2 things my last resort is night time cold medicine but this has tylenol in it. ask for ambien but don't act like you want it too much.
