Ask your doc for restoril or temazepam for sleep, it will also help with your leg issues,, I had them too and it really helped me alot and it didnt hurt my liver..

hugs,

hello guys,

it's 6 in the morning. another sleepless night.

i'm going to have to call my doctor and get some sleep aid.

this is driving me crazzy. maybe it is just stress. alot going on at home.

nothing to bad. wed. i take my 3rd shot. i'm looking forward to it but i'm not.

if you know what i mean. i have to be at the doctors at 9 am. guess

i'm not getting any sleep. the pain meds are helping with the leg cramps.

which is a good thing. untill then

sarah

i have had insomnia since i was a kid so this is nothing new to me. the

sleep aid that helps me the most is ambien. there is no " high "

associated with it and gives you a good night sleep. more and more

doctors are seeing what a great drug this is. you would have no problem

getting trazadone. it puts you to sleep but it's really hard to wake up

and it makes my face puffy. when i can't get these 2 things my last

resort is night time cold medicine but this has tylenol in it.

ask for ambien but don't act like you want it too much.
