Brining turkeys~OT My strange holiday fear another idea...do turkeys bounce?

Brining is a good idea for turkeys. If you don't want to bother, or are in a

hurry, purchase a kosher turkey...brining is part of the process. Find them in

the kosher meat section or freezer section. Comes out very moist.
