Man, I love these questions. :) My proudest Taebo accomplishment is working

out in front of other people. NEVER in my life would I do something like

that before now. I guess I'm starting to show off a bit because I even stood

in the front row at my kickboxing class last week! Granted I came in late and

that was the only spot left but normally I would have turned around and went

home. :) So, I guess taebo has made me a little less self conscious. Yay,

me!!

completing a tough tape, focusing less on the scale, etc.)

Ever since the tapings I thought I had the lousiest kicks ever. I HATE watching

those tapes. But when we did the personal training session he complimented me on

my kicks and asked if I had ever taken Karate. That made me feel pretty good

about all the time I had spent practicing the kicks since the taping.

The second proudest moment was when we had some friends over and one of my

husband's friends who had always treated me like a weakling asked if that was

' punching bag. He said " no, thats my wife's and she could kick your a$$. "

Ok, here is mine! I am proudest of the fact that I didn't leave the

Impact class when snatched my water from me. The " old me " would

have quit and walked away. Instead, I stayed and let kick my

butt. I like to think that I proved to him that I am not a quitter.

But mostly I think I proved it to myself.

The fact that cardiovascularly I am in better shape than I ever have

been in my life. I can do workouts today that I couldn't even make

it halfway through 10 years ago when I was younger and probably

thinner!! LOL

Yay you!!! Wow Jenni....I gotta tell you, working out in a class is

my biggest fear!! I have avoided going to aerobics classes like the

plague...which probably explains why I have such a huge video

collection. LOL

I am so impressed and awed that you overcame that fear. I can tell

you that I'm going to be scared s**tless when I go to the WTC in

August so I'm going to be counting on all you guys for lots of

support! :)

Wow, what a great question :)

Well, by far I would have to say that my greatest accomplishment has

been becoming a Certified Tae-Bo Instructor! I feel more blessed

than anything else because I really feel that I will be able to help

lots of people. Along with this major accomplishment, the most

important thing that has happened for me is that I have learned to

believe in myself and my ability to do whatever I dream of doing! I

truly feel that anything is possible! Tae-Bo came into my life and

helped me to realize how strong I truly am, inside and out :)

Jenni,

That is so awesome :) That means you will have no problem working

out at the WTC with all of us in August, right? LOL.....I haven't

forgotten that you promised to come along on the next trip....hehehe!

I have two accomplishments. One is the inner peace and happiness I've been

able to find again. I know at one point in my life I had it, but I seemed

to have misplaced it for a few years <G>, and I am thankful that I have

found it again. The other accomplishment is realizing that I think I've

finally conquered my exercise additions (including food and scale

addictions). I no longer have that " I MUST work out " feeling, no matter

what, no matter when, no matter how...now I just take things one day at a

time and hope that I can work out steadily, but if something comes

up...there is always tomorrow.

I would say my proudest Tae-Bo moment would be making

it through the tapings and not making too much of a

fool of myself. I never thought I'd let *anyone* see

me Tae-Bo much less millions of people. I didn't let

the nerves overtake me and I made it through several

tapings.

live taping and a WTC workout (and two in a row at that!). It wasn't

just a question of stamina. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to keep

up with learning the moves. I thought I would just freeze, but I

didn't! Yay, me!

Jen, you will have all the support you need from us at the WTC,

guaranteed! Go ahead and take a class. You might find it very

motivating. I love talking to the other women (and the few men)

before and after a class.

I have a lot of accomplishments that I'm proud of (as you've all

recently read), so I'll focus on one of my latest accomplishments.

I'm proud of the progress I've made with the Wednesday Floorwork

Challenge. I've always hated floorwork and it has always kicked my

butt. Since I've been doing the challenge, I've really learned to

focus my concentration on all of the moves and I've found that it has

helped me with the cardio portions of the workouts. This is a whole

other side of Tae-Bo that I've never taken the time to concentrate

on. I only wish I had done it sooner. I believe the floorwork is a

necessary evil to help with all the other Tae-Bo moves.

What is your proudest Tae-Bo accomplishment so far?

I would have to say that my proudest accomplishment is that I've actually

stuck with Taebo. I've never stuck with anything for more than a month or

two at the most.

I started Taebo on May 29, 2000 and I haven't lost interest &

motivation.(mostly due to this group) I've also discovered self confidence

and esteem that I didn't know I had. It wasn't something I was expecting,

it was an added gift from Tae-bo & .

You have no idea how I hope I can keep that promise!! Did I really say next

time? Hmm, that's odd that I would actually say next time. August, huh?

You really should try a class! Hopefully you'll be lucky and get a class

that is actually good. I, personally, really enjoy the classes I take!

Don't worry about it, you'll do fine at the WTC whether you practice or not!

No, you didn't freeze and you did an awesome job at keeping up and knowing

every move! Ok, I can only speak for the tapings but I'm sure you did great

during the WTC workout too!

That's really a huge accomplishment. I'll just say that floorwork is not my

friend so I can imagine how proud you are. Congrats on doing so well, keep

up the great work!

of. Congratulations on finding the one thing that's meant for you.

The class is awesome! I guess the only " bad " thing about it is that it's

exactly like taebo which means that the instructor's did a great job at

stealing. I won't pretend that bothers me a great deal, I'm VERY happy the

classes are available to me.... especially since it doesn't appear that I am

EVER going to get to take a real taebo class. There is one instructor that

is really tough, MUCH tougher than any workout has put me through but

that will probably all change once I come face to face with the man!
