This is the one I need to work on the most. Yesterday was supposed to be an

off day for me. I hadn't had one in three weeks. I ended up doing 15-minutes

of step and taking a long walk and feeling miserable that I didn't do more.

Thank goodness for my long hot bath tactic. That saves me from really over

doing it.

Who can brag though that she can finally do a pull-up (one)

Thanks for sharing. I think I'm going to print this out and add it to my

motivational section on my fridge. It's a good reminder to keep out.

I'm lucky that where I do Taebo in the family room, I am right in front of

our entertainment set so I get to see my form at least in my upper body,

which is where I'm definitely less coordinated <G>
